1. After applying the second coat of RCM Gel Polish & curing, apply a thin coat of Blooming Gel. Do not cure.
2. With a dotting tool or a brush, apply desired colours to create the bloom effect & cure for 30 seconds.
3. Finish with RCM® Top Coat and cure for 30 seconds
