Colour Application

Shape the nails using 180 Grit file or 180 side of RCM shaper file. Apply buffing tabs to the cuticle stick and gently push back the cuticle. Buff the surface of the nail to remove the shine.

Soak a lint-free wipe in Purify to cleanse the nail.

Apply Red Carpet Manicure Prep to remove oils and residue. Air dry for five seconds.

Apply a thin coat of Red Carpet Manicure Base Coat. Cure for the correct time according to your Red Carpet Manicure Light. Be sure to remove any gel that touches the skin before curing.

Choose your favourite Red Carpet Manicure Gel Polish HEMA Free or Fortify & Protect shade. Apply the first coat making sure you cap the free edge. Cure your nails just like you did with the base coat.

For a deeper colour, apply a second thin coat of gel polish and cure again for the same amount of time.

Apply Red Carpet Manicure Top Coat to seal your gel polish. Cure under your Red Carpet Manicure lamp, following the same curing times.

Saturate a lint free wipe with Red Carpet Manicure Purify to cleanse the tacky residue off your nails.

Apply Red Caret Manicure Revitalize to condition and nourish your nails and cuticles.

• Avoid Skin Contact: Before curing, ensure no gel polish touches your skin. Use an angled brush to clean up any edges around your cuticles to avoid irritation or skin reactions.
• Cure for the Right Time: Always cure your gel polish for the right amount of time depending on the Red Carpet Manicure Light you have. 45 seconds for the RCM Pro LED Light or 2 minutes in the RCM Portable Plug-In Light, to ensure long-lasting results.
• Cap the Free Edge: To prevent chipping, seal the free edge of your nails by running the brush along the tip after applying the gel polish. This will help wrap the colour around your nail for extra durability.
