How to Apply Color Dip: A Step-by-Step Guide Using Starter Kit

Push back cuticles, file and buff. Wipe clean with an alcohol based cleanser.

Apply a thin layer of Color Dip Base Coat the quickly dip it into Color Dip powder of your choice. Tap off excess. Repeat on all nails. Wipe brush. Re-apply Base Coat and repeat.

Apply Red Carpet Manicure Activator to all nails. Follow with a thin layer of Color Dip Base Coat.

Shape and buff top of nail with Red Carpet Manicure’s Groom Buffer. Wipe clean with a lint free wipe.

Apply Activator to all nails and wait 20 seconds. Remove excess Activator with a dry lint free wipe.

Apply 2 thin coats of Color Dip Top Coat and let air dry.

The process for removing a Dip manicure is the same as removing a gel manicure.

Buff off the top layer to break the seal of the top coat and remove the shine with a buffing block.

Saturate Red Carpet Manicure’s Erase onto the Foil wrap.

Wrap the nail tightly, ensuring the cotton is directly on the nail. Repeat for all nails. Leave for 20 minutes.

Remove the Foil Wrap by squeezing the nail and pulling from each nail.
