Delivery Policy

Delivery to the mainland UK is free for orders over £20 on standard postage, although some areas are subject to additional shipping charges. Next working day or recorded delivery options are available and are chargeable at the rate specified during the checkout stage.

Please note the delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract and all risk in the products shall pass to the customer or its appointed agent at the time of delivery.

Red Carpet Manicure will endeavour to dispatch goods on the same working day that they are ordered if the order is received before 3pm. However, during busy periods deliveries may take up to 5 working days. Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of Red Carpet Manicure as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to change quoted prices and delivery charges at any time prior to delivery.

Standard Delivery - £2.95 - 2-4 working days from despatch. Delivered Mon-Fri with tracked ETA and updates.

Next Working Day Delivery - £4.95 - order before 3pm for next working day delivery. Delivered Mon-Fri with tracked ETA and updates.

Orders between £20 - £60:

Standard Delivery - FREE -2-4 working days from despatch. Delivered Mon-Fri with tracked ETA and updates.

Next Working Day Delivery - £2.95 - order before 3pm for next working day delivery. Delivered Mon-Fri with tracked ETA and updates.

Orders over £60:

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

To return an item please visit the My Orders section on your Red Carpet Manicure account and follow the steps below to start your returns process;

Select the items you are returning and the reason you’re returning them to us
Our Customer Care team will then need to approve your return and will be in contact to confirm the next steps

We are confident you will be 100% delighted with all purchases on redcarpetmanicure.co.uk. If you are not pleased with any product, customers have the right to return within 14 days of receiving their order at their own expense. We will be happy to issue an exchange or issue a refund.

If goods received are faulty, please contact us on 0333 000 2101 and we will arrange for the goods to be collected.

We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround with our orders so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so on the same day as you placed your order. In some instances, your order may have already been dispatched, in which case we will need to process this as a return. If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0333 000 2101 and we will endeavour to cancel this if possible.

Transaction Currency and Taxes

Red Carpet Manicure accepts payment in Pounds Sterling (£) ONLY. Tax is applicable at the UK VAT rate of 20%. Prior to checkout prices quoted throughout Red Carpet Manicure include Value Added Tax (VAT). Invoices can be issued showing VAT for business purposes - please contact our Customer Care team should you require a copy of your order invoice.

Payment Requirements

Payment is required in advance using our secure card payment system. Red Carpet Manicure accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Switch and American Express. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
